heinous

        heinous (adj.) – disgusting; atrocious

for your edification:  If I wasn’t so dedicated to your SAT success, I would probably be too embarrassed to share the disgustingly atrocious yet easy way to remember the definition of heinous.  But, I care about you, all right?  So, without further ado, here you go.  Heinous:  imagine, if you will, that it is a contraction.  That contraction consists of two lovely words - hairy and anus.  Put ‘em together in contractionish form, and ya got h’anus.  Or, as I like to spell it:  heinous.  You know what’s disgusting and atrocious?  A hairy anus.  Everybody knows: hairy + anus = heinous.  So simple. 

Examplification – Crystal:  How have you enjoyed your work study program at the hair removal office this semester?

Gina:  Mostly it’s been cool, except when I’m assisting with a wax and we encounter a disgusting h’anus, which I can now report to you your Spanish teacher, Senorita Lopez possesses.

Crystal:  Senorita Lopez has what?

Gina:  A h’anus.  A hairy anus.  Obviously. 

Crystal:  That is heinous.

Gina:  Muy heinous, hermana.  It's like the Amazon down there.  Or, it was before I de-haired her glory hole.

Crystal:  I'm going to puke up my Lunchable.  Oh my God.
